Signing-in takes place at the Community Hall, Glengarriff

between 13.30 - 16.00 hours  - there will be a lot of swimmers arriving all at once - please come early to avoid long queues

Each swimmer will have their hands marked with a swim and a wave # and will receive a colour coded hat which must be worn for the swim - no hat - no swim !

Transfer to & from the start is via Shuttle Bus which leaves from the Community Hall - strictly no parking at Ellen's Rock which is reserved for Emergency Services and Safety Crews.

Please bring no valuables to the start, just your swimming gear and - God forbid - rain protection. Portaloos are available on site.

The swim is run in waves, with the 5k swimmers starting first, followed by 3k, 2k, and 1k last. You will be called up by your wave number. In order to make sure we have correct numbers we need you to line up on the slipway to count you in. When you return please give us your swim number so we can record that you are safely home.
